What support do you offer to people who have registered for the Challenge?

Whether the Challenge is taken up as a family, with friends, colleagues or solo, participants receive support throughout the Challenge:

• on the 530healthchallenge.ca website:
  • encouraging 5/30 Health Challenge bulletins, a series of emails to help you stay on track during the Challenge
    
  • downloadable tools, some of which are for families
• thanks to the IGA 5/30 Health Challenge kit, offered free of charge in IGA supermarkets, in exchange for the Challenge registration confirmation

Is it necessary to have a confirmation to pick up my kit?

To pick up your kit, it is absolutely necessary to have a printed copy of your registration confirmation. This is the agreed upon procedure that will be respected by IGA stores.

Can I get a support kit if there is no IGA supermarket in my area?

The 5/30 Health Challenge kit is available exclusively at IGA. If there is no IGA in your area, you can download certain documents that come with the kit in the Tools section of the 5/30 Health Challenge website.

What happens when the supply of kits runs out in the IGA stores?

As was mentioned at the time of your registration, the number of kits available is limited. When all the kits are gone, we invite you to download the 5/30 Calendar or the Family Calendar in order to keep track of your Challenge day to day, and to see, at a glance, if you are achieving your “5” and “30” objectives.
