To Win One of the Prizes
To be eligible for the prize draw, you must:
- be registered for the Challenge;
- live in Quebec;
- be 4 years of age or older;
- have made an effort to achieve or maintain the “5” and “30” objectives during the Challenge’s official six-week period, from March 1 to April 11, 2008 inclusive.
The prize winners will be contacted by phone starting in mid-April 2008. They must demonstrate that they have actively participated in the 5/30 Health Challenge during the six-week period.
