“Health Balance” Grand Prize for participants 18 and older, offered by Transat Holidays
1. Winners must be Canadian residents aged 18 and older.
2. The prize must be used before October 31, 2009, last return date.
3. Certain periods are excluded, those being Christmas and New Year’s day, the period of spring break in Canada (mid-February to mid-March), Easter holidays and the construction holidays.
4. The holiday offer is for selected holiday periods and is subject to the availability at the time of the reservation.
5. The reservation must be made at least thirty (30) days before departure.
6. If the winner resides in a city necessitating a transfer to one of Transat Holidays’ departure cities, expenses incurred by this transfer will be charged to the winner.
7. Please note that some general conditions apply to this reservation (please consult the brochure in force at Transat Holidays).
8. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, Transat Holidays reserves the right to modify the flight dates, by several days, after having informed the winner.
9. No extension of the planned applicable period is permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, reimbursed or converted into cash.
10. It is the responsibility of the winner (and if necessary, the passenger of that person’s choice) to obtain adequate travel insurance before departure at the winner’s own expense.
11. Destination taxes, airport improvement fees, security charges and fuel surcharges are at the expense of ACTI-MENU. These fees will be paid at the time of reservation.
12. The winner (and if necessary, the passenger of that person’s choice) must respectively have the same dates of departure and return on the airline tickets. .
13. Transat Holidays reserves the right to propose a comparable product in the case of a cancellation of the program, an act of God or all other situations out of the control of Transat Holidays, without any possible recourse from the winner and/or the travel companion.
14. Personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
15. All necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) is the responsibility of the winner (and if necessary, the passenger of that person’s choice) and must be obtained before departure.
