Eligibility
1. To be eligible for the 5/30 Health Challenge contest, candidates must:a) be duly registered for the 5/30 Health Challenge;
b) be at least 4 years of age;
c) reside in Quebec – that is, have their permanent residence in Quebec, inhabit this
residence, and normally live there;
d) commit to the endeavour of attaining or maintaining the 5/30 Health Challenge
“5” and “30” objectives;
e) have taken up the 5/30 Health Challenge in their way, according to their
reality and preferences, in order to improve their health.
2. Employees of ACTI-MENU, its representatives, agents or members of the eligibility committee, and persons with whom they live, may not participate in this Challenge.
