As an on-line community, typing a message for other visitors or a person in particular is equivalent to talking to them. Courtesy is therefore expected on the 5/30 Health Challenge site at all times.

As needed, the forum moderator will remove without notice any message judged offensive or discourteous, whether the message is intended for one or more visitors.

Personal attacks, insults and abusive language are not tolerated. Messages that have advertising content or whose purpose is to sell a product or service will be removed automatically.

Do not type all in capital letters, as that is the Internet equivalent of shouting.

If no one responds to your initial question after one week, it may be removed.

Be careful about your spelling, we cannot correct all the spelling mistakes in your messages.
