The 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge is presented by ACTI-MENU, which is associated with the Prevention Division of the Montréal Heart Institute (MHI), in partnership with the Québec Public Health Departments, the Québec Ministry of Health and Social Services, the Canadian Cancer Society, the “Prends soin de toi†Program and a number of private partners, including IGA, Desjardins Group, TELUS Health Solutions, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Danone, Evian, Exceldor, Multi-Marques, Moov and Curves.
