The 5/30 Health Challenge prizes have a total approximate value of $20,000.
1. Grand Prize for participants 18 and older, provided by Transat Holidays

A Transat Holidays 1-week, all-inclusive vacation package for two people at the Barcelo Karmina Palace in Manzanillo, Mexico.
The all-inclusive package is valued at $4,400 and includes: roundtrip economy class airfare to Manzanillo, Mexico; 7-night stay in a junior suite at the Barcelo Karmina Palace; airport/hotel transfers; all meals, snacks and local beverages; on-site activity program. Certain conditions apply (see the Appendix of the present rules).
Modeled after authentic Mayan temples and pyramids, this spectacular and stunning deluxe hotel boasts six interconnected pools with a waterslide, waterfall and two secluded areas for adults.


2. The Dairy Farmers of Canada “Health Balance” Prize for participants 18 and older, provided by Énergie Cardio
One (1) one-year membership valued at approximately $500, valid in all Quebec Énergie Cardio fitness centres.
If the winner resides in one of the three (3) regions without an Énergie Cardio Centre (Côte Nord, Nord du Quebec and Gaspésie / Îles-de-la-Madeleine), a gift certificate for a sports equipment store, valued at $500, tax included, valid for one (1) year, will be presented.


3. Desjardins 5/30 Family Prize, offered by Desjardins

A contribution valued at $5,000 to a Desjardins Registered Education Savings Plan.



4. “Canadian Cancer Society Prevention” Team Prize, provided by Énergie Cardio
Two (2) one-year memberships valued at approximately $500 each, valid in all Quebec Énergie Cardio fitness centres. The two (2) memberships will be presented to the team representative who will be responsible for awarding them to two (2) team members.
If all members of the winning team reside in one of the three (3) regions without an Énergie Cardio Centre (Côte Nord, Nord du Quebec and Gaspésie / Îles-de-la-Madeleine), a gift certificate for a sports equipment store, valued at $1,000, tax included, valid for one (1) year, will be presented to the team representative who will be responsible for awarding it to one of the team members.


5. Regional prizes for participants 18 and older (1 prize for each of the 16 regions), provided by Énergie Cardio
Thirteen (13) one-year memberships valued at approximately $500 each, valid in all Quebec Énergie Cardio fitness centres.
For winners residing in one of the three (3) regions without an Énergie Cardio Centre (Côte Nord, Nord du Quebec and Gaspésie / Îles-de-la-Madeleine), a gift certificate for a sports equipment store will be awarded, valued at $500, tax included, valid for one (1) year.
