These are participation prizes, awarded at random and not dependent on the achievement of the Challenge’s 5, 30 and Wellness goals. The winners must nevertheless demonstrate that they have actively participated in the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge by sharing their experience with the organizers and describing the changes they have made to their life style.
