Yes, you can register as a family and have the chance to become the Desjardins Health Challenge Family. Any adult 18 or older, who is a parent of at least one child 17 or younger, is invited to register. You can register your family online when you register or you can register by yourself and come back later to your registration file and then create a family.
You can register a team online when you register or you can register by yourself and come back later to your registration file and then create a team.
Once your team is created, you can then invite your friends to join it. They will receive an email inviting them to register for the Health Challenge and they can complete their own registration.
Once you have joined a team, you can easily access your team’s file. All you need to do is click on “My data” in the Registration section of this site.
You can use the 5/30 Calendar – Families and Teams for keeping track of your team’s progress. It is found in the Tools and Tests section of the 530HealthChallenge.ca site.
